ME
I grew up in sunny southern California in a city called Corona. As an only child, I owned an absurd number of board games that my parents rarely played with me, had a sick obsession with Power Rangers, and owned a holographic Charizard (if you don’t know what that is, you weren’t a child of the 90’s).
At 18, I graduated from Notre Dame High School in Riverside, CA, as senior class president. For those in my class, I have to finally let you know – I rigged the voting for the senior class song. Five For Fighting’s 100 Years technically got the most votes, but that seemed like an anti-climactic way to finish our time together. So I switched the song order on the CD and let Monty Python’s Spamalot be the song to which we walked out (the other song played too… but after most had left the building).
My next four years were spent in Portland, Oregon, at the University of Portland (UP) where I graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with majors in Finance and Marketing & Management. During my time at UP I launched the UP Marketing Group and Christian Business Students Association, studied abroad in London (shout out to my HTB family), and participated in our Entrepreneurial Scholars program that took me to New York, Seattle, and China.
I currently recruit physicians for Loma Linda University Health System and am blessed to serve in several capacities at South Hills Church in Corona, CA. Specifically, my duties there include serving as the Communications Director for Remnant Student Ministries and assistant to the South Hills Communications Director for all campuses. I’ve also consulted for over two years – helping small businesses and ministries discover better ways to communicate with their followers.
